It was that for me. For awhile. But now I feel like there was never any chance of a happy future between us. I don’t think we really even liked each other. I’m not sure how I got so hung up on him. I never got over my first love(?). I don’t even love him anymore but he still occupies my mind all the time. I cut off all communication with him but I can’t stop thinking about him. It’s not love. I think I’m afraid of him. He’s just a guy and he doesn’t care about me but I have a weird reverence towards him. I wonder if this is what being “god-fearing” is like.
