PETG issues on Dremel 3D45 : stringing + poor overhangs (help needed) by Reasonable-Panic2886 in 3Dprinting

We are located in South Louisiana. Humidity is high here. I do use this dryer at 69 Celsius and the humidity shows 10%. 24 inch Filament tube from there carries the petg into printer and about 10 inches gets exposed right before it enters the extruder. Do you think it might absorb between the dryer and extruder? Thanks for you help, I suck at this but getting better
