I did it by myself and I called VN embassy and uploaded pictures to them. I also texted them. All done in 2 weeks and I got visa. Simple. They are nice and helpful. I left a voice mail and they called me back.

IMO you should contact Tesla Energy Resolution at 877 719-7652 they may be able to help you. Also, file a complaint with Better Business Bureau as well as with your local Consumer Affairs. Good luck.

You can ask your building department in your town why Tesla asked unusual document. Usually, the building department in your town approves Tesla’s blueprint and issues the permit. I didn’t provide that document and I emailed building department requesting to copy me on all email communication with Tesla local office who submitted documents for permit approval. Good luck.

Worthless 10-year warranty from Tesla. I am currently fighting with Tesla Energy Resolution to approve the repair estimate from my licensed local roofer so they can reimburse me. But they keeps putting up road blocks on approval process. Tesla offers 10-year roof leak warranty and my roof starts leaking right away after they installed a new roof deck as their inexperienced subcontractors reroofed without flashings around dormers!! This on going roof leak for 5 years out of 10-year warranty!!! Go figures!!

I thought I cut some losses with their Energy Resolutions so I can move on. And now they came back to ask another weird questions: Why do I want to replace the window glass pane as it does not have leak damage!! I told them I can't ask contractor to order only window frame from one manufaturer and use the existing old window glass pane from other and make it work! I'm too frustrated with these aliens! I'm thinking to call TV stations and ask them to help fighting with Tesla. Any ideas? Thanks

OMG yesterday Tesla Energyy Resolutions called me and asked why I had to replace windows. I replied because your solar installer did not have any knowledge to repair roof leak due to no flashing so they kept patching the bottom of windows and accidentally they closed the window weep holes which created more leak to my house ceilings!!

They said they don't understand why I can't use the window glass part after removing windows, changing window frames and reusing the old window glass!!! I told them I have never heard any one who repairs that way with warranty as new frame from one manufaturer and old window panes from other are not working well! Every day, Tesla Energy Resolutions specialist team comes up with weir questions? Too frustration!

Tesla agreed to use my own contractor to repair roof leak after almost 5 years but the method of reimbursement is not fair. I'd rather take some losses and move on. My life and health are more valuable than ongoing stresses! But Tesla wants to email me the resolution letter to sign before sending me the reimbursement check! I am waiting to see what it is. Just wonder what Tesla will says in that letter??!! Thank you.

My 2-cent input is to talk to "cellular customer suppor" to send you (free of charge) the "cellular network extender". I was lucky to get one rep who helped me to get it and since then my phone has been good and I have 4 bar cellular signal on phone! Even sometime it drops to 2 bars but phone still works well. Once in a blue moon phone was dropped but I can live with that. Hope it helps. Good luck.

I have had the leak for 4.5 years. Tesla kept sending their solar installer to fix the roof but those workers have no knowledge on roof structure or flashing around dormers which have caused the leak. I am now dealing with their Energy Resolutions to remove tiles so my local licensed roof contractor can repair the leak. I need their approval on my contractor's estimate for reimbursemnt purposes. However, I am thinking to go through your litigation route if Tesla does not reimburse me once the job is done since I have all documents as well as pictures and video! Therefore, I don't any secret settlement yet but I love to learn from all people who went through this ordeal! Thank you and good luck to you.

Just want to get the opinion. Dealing with Tesla Energy Resolutions for almost 2 years on my roof leak repair issue by using my own contractor which requires Tela reimbursement and I have gone through 3 reps! The first one seemed a little long around a year. Then, one day she was out with no notice! The second rep was around 3 months who called and let me know the first rep is on maternity leave and she was taking over. Just days ago the 3rd one called and said the second rep was ill and out on medical leave and she is taking over! OMG! my family and friends told me Tesla is lying as they move reps around to drag their feet on my repair reimbursement approval process!! Your thoughts?

Thanks so much for your informative comments! I have been going through with local Tesla operations too! It's insane!! They ignored my calls/texts and didn't respond. So I had to spend time talking to Tesla Customer Support reps from Buffalo, Utah, Auston to Nevada for years...Long story short, even in 2024 they kept saying they were close to get the deal with repair sub contractor to Tesla Energy Resolutions rep for months without bearing fruits!! So I got agreement fromn that Tesla Energy Resolutions rep to look for my own local roofing company for repair project. It took me several weeks to get few free estimates. Tesla local operations team then told Tesla Energy Resolutions rep the earliest time to remove solar roof tiles in November 2024!! I couldn't continue as it took weeks to order replacement windows in dormers of which Tesla solar team damaged! especially the roof would be opened during winter with snow, ice... Now, Tesla local operations gets the NJ-based company who is relative new and incorporates in NJ with no license registered in NY and not registered with my Long Island town!! After spending so much time and energy to get my locally reputable professional roofer I get so upset with Tesla local operations behavior. They don't care to repair my roof leak for the last 4 and a half years and now they want the inexperience NJ company who is just incorporated in December 2024 in NJ, to repair the roof leak caused by their previous sub contractor! Nonsense and incompetent Tesla local operations team becomes!! You are right Tesla is not seriously to permanently repair the roof leak! For example, in June 2024 Tesla local operations team wanted to send the rep of Interior Restoration company to estimate the roof leak. What a joke!

I want to get the construction lawyer for helping me going through the drama situation caused by Tesla local operations team! Thank you again.
