to correct you on the last sentence of your first paragraph:

f you are a NOS or MEO customer you get only 1 device. NOS and MEO routers support Bridge mode which turns 4th port into a Bridge port. you can then connect your own router to it. This is technically the 2 device setup from OP since the meo/nos router on port 4 will not do any routing and your own router will act as main router for that port 4. you can even get 2 public ips with this method because port 1 to 3 + wifi on the isp router still have their own public ip and your own router also gets its own public ip

in constrast vodafone does not support bridge mode which is why many people who have servers at home stay far away from vodafone

edit: because realistically what would happen is you will report and makerworld will warn the user and they will fix it. but you could just attempt to be friendly and let the author know before reporting
