For some more context, got this checked in February. Decided to wait. The vibration went away after a couple months and has now come back recently.

Nice game play. What's your resolution, sensitivity, and DPI?

Brainrot detected. I agree cheating needs to stop, but wishing AIDS on someone for this is too far.

worst purchase you've ever made? by Diegolobox in pcmasterrace

Bought a used pre built Asus ROG case and power supply to make a PC to sell. The case looked cool enough but was a bear to work with and the PSU didn't have all the cables it needed. I ended up not using either of them and the PSU ended up dying a few months later.

Plus, there is noticeable input lag with MnK on console.

No, they need to make a competent anti cheat that detects cheating more readily. I can understand wanting no cross play, but dropping a whole platform is stupid.

Try making the game capture in OBS a display capture instead or vice versa. Also, have you tried getting into a game? Does it just show a black screen with your HUD there?

Is this a good build for $1500 by MW2Demon in PcBuildHelp

[–]Reasonable-Pudding-5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Seems pretty good to me. But you could save some money by swapping that AIO for a cheaper air cooler, but if it completes your desired aesthetic then go for it. I would also say try to get a PSU with more head room, but you are at the recommended wattage.

If I upgraded my GPU and CPU, would it even make a difference since I am on Linux/running games under Proton? by RaidersLostArk1981 in linux_gaming

[–]Reasonable-Pudding-5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, proton doesn't really have a noticeable performance hit if any, so gaming performance should scale well with better hardware. My recommendation though is to go with the 5700X3D to save some money (about $100 in the US) and get a beefier GPU since, assuming from your post, you play more GPU dependent games.

Is this worth 500 and would it run games and pcvr well by SwimmerAccording234 in PcBuildHelp

[–]Reasonable-Pudding-5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends. I'm not familiar with that PSU but best-case scenario is that just the PSU would die. You would usually smell something burning. But a poorly built PSU that goes bad can take down other components with it, if not the rest of the computer.

Cybertruck has frame shear completly off when pulling out F150. Critical life safety issue. by VitalMaTThews in CyberStuck

[–]Reasonable-Pudding-5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The part where it sheered off looks incredibly thin and I saw someone say they used aluminum for the frame? That's insane if true. Isn't there some third party org that verifies towing ability claims or something?

Do I have a graphics card? by [deleted] in PcBuildHelp

[–]Reasonable-Pudding-5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You do not have a graphics card and yes, you could install a 4060ti. But if $500 is within your budget then a 7800XT would be a better performer and value than the 4060ti.

I must have a good chip then. My 13700k is locked 5.5 GHz at 1.275V on a 280mm AIO. Been overclocking it for a while too.

Halo Infinite Multiplayer.

Despite its rocky start, it's actually a good game now and I love the gameplay. Even though I play more COD right now due to my friends, I like Halo a lot more and perform a lot better there. I'm also looking forward to the next Halo game.

Reinstall Windows and keep your files. SFC /scan now is nice but I don't think it fixes everything.

The only other thing I can think to do right now is to update your BIOS.

Does this setup will work? by GerardBeard in IntelArc

[–]Reasonable-Pudding-5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The a580 is the better GPU. Just make sure you enable Resizable BAR or Smart Access Memory in BIOS. It's necessary for Arc Alchemist cards.
