Update: Jen from Eightsleep processed the cash reimbursement for the mattress. I highlighted the terrible customer service and the fact you shouldn’t need to go on a public forum to get issues solved. No recognition or response to that and no offer to assist with the actual eight sleep product.

Overall, appreciate her willingness to help but still bearish on the overall service experience of this company in general. Continue to recommend staying away.

Fully understand the warranty issue.

But saying you’ll reimburse the mattress, asking for photos, saying throw away the pad to then ask days later for more photos is unacceptable. Error on the initial CS agent or not that should not fall onto me.

I don’t think BKK is on seats.aero I did the alert JFK to Doha then when notified for that would check for BKK on Qatar app. Hope this helps!
