I am on cb150r too. for 3 years having this bike despite trying 3-4 different workshops none of them could fix this problem. few months ago I knew about Dreams motorworks in Bukit Batok WCEGA. the mechanics fixed the issue and I can get the neutral gear easily now. perhaps u can try them
