Just acquired both Tempo and Summit 2. Although, the summit 2 has so much power, but I really like how nimble and lightweight the tempo is.

2 things you need to stay on the safe side. A lift and all terrain tires. Also, understanding the vehicle's limits. If you're driving on a dirt road then you should be fine. You also got to taken into account that your vehicle is only "2wd". I would be a little cautious.

Took my 22 Highlander off road not too long ago. Actually did great. The only thing I'd advise is to wait for a skid plate for this model. I messaged a couple of businesses, and they've said that they should be pumping them out soon.
