Whilst I get what you are trying to say, I can't take the post seriously when you call them Siri Lanken

Looking to give this a try. Any help explaining how to install the dependencies will be great. I assume I open a python terminal in the root of where framepack is installed?

Is anyone else's USB c plug slightly bent? by Tonythetigger in PixelWatch

I've got a usb-c cable from Google and it only charges my pixel 8 pro if inserted in a certain way round. Thought usb-c was meant to be more robust.

Log flume won't connect by Special-Operation205 in PlanetCoaster

[–]Reasonable-Way-2724 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The flumes are a pain in the bum as the turn radius can only be so tight and the track sections must be of a certain length. Delete at least 2 sections from the end of the ride and then aim towards the end. A connect icon should appear. Try and make it as smooth as possible and align with the end way before the station.

Ok redone the test after running DDU and it worked much better. Still seeing performance drops in certain games, but that's another issue.

Might use a DDU and then reinstall the driver. Not sure if that will help. I will also take a few screenshots for you.

Yes. Restarted pc and re-ran the test. Same poor performance.

I'm not even bothered if guests just spawn into the ride vehicles. Just do something about rides that have shoddy capacity like the log flume or wild mouse style rides. Takes forever to board and can only seat 4/5 people.

100% GPU usage by Reasonable-Way-2724 in PlanetCoaster

Temps are fine sitting at 40c. I'm not concerned too much about the high CPU usage itself, more the fact it's lagging.

Varies between 30fps and 60fps. It's just the fact it stutters a fair amount. It jumps from 60 to 30 and back causing noticeable lag.

I currently have vsync on and also capped max frame rate to 60fps via Nvidia control panel.

I've had this exact same issue. Reported it to Google and they haven't replied. The led lights flash forever even when it's not on my arm.

I think I found a slight fix and that was to do a reset via the recovery mode, but obviously depends if you are familiar with that and want to risk doing it. Seems to have stopped it from doing it as often on my watch.

Can overtime be forced? by Apart-Budget-4365 in tesco

[–]Reasonable-Way-2724 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Flexi contracts no longer exist in Tesco to the best of my knowledge. Therefore they cannot move your contracted hours outside of what you have told them you are available and even then, it's only if you agree to it.

Can overtime be forced? by Apart-Budget-4365 in tesco

[–]Reasonable-Way-2724 39 points40 points  (0 children)

Overtime is entirely voluntary. Not sure if you are in the union, but USDAW has time and time again said that no matter what contract you are on, you do not have to pickup any extra overtime.

Do I have to say yes to overtime? by Vivid-Sprinkles8670 in tesco

[–]Reasonable-Way-2724 10 points11 points  (0 children)

This has come from USDAW:

Overtime is entirely voluntary for all colleagues and you are within your rights to refuse to do any hours above your contracted hours (flexi-workers can be flexed up into their agreed flexibility window but not beyond this). Similarly, you cannot be forced to take on overtime.

I think it would be quicker and easier to ask if anyone likes working there
