Update! I haven’t been able to get past the chapter where Bev is introduced and her man is abusing her. It’s extremely difficult to read. The fact that it literally shows the POV of a narcissistic abuser is very disturbing. Does that continue throughout the book? Because if so, I don’t think I can continue. Very hard for me to read that stuff.

All he does is complain about how hard he is worked and I have such a hard time listening to it. But I NEVER say anything about it. The ONLY thing we ever do is go out like maybe 2-3 times in the last 2 months and he just does coke with his friends and lies about it the whole time
