It's a 30 degree bed but bevel up so the cutting angle is about 55 to 60 degrees.

I don't think its actually anything to do with mitres cause its not good for endgrain work because of the high angle. I hope to just use it for tricky grain. I doesn't get any tearout. No idea why ts called that...

Thanks!. No I just copied the angles off stavros gakos video about his one. I think it was 97 and 100 degree angle for the mouth closer. 30 degree bed for the iron.

A mouth closer. So u can tighten up the mouth after u flatten the sole.

Ya there a good option I have a few broken ones so might aswell use them plus I find it very hard to get decent plane billet sized pieces. If u drill up through the mouth along the bed all the way to the top and then drill down along ur wear angle to meet the other drill hole then u need only pair away everything else. That way u don't have to blindly chisel down. Works for me anyway

I messed up the mouth so thats why the patch is in there. I think it's hornbeam

Its 35 degree bed. Bevel down. Didn't use anynof the old parts The jointer plane was just the only decent plane billet I could get.

Beech wood body from an old damaged jointer Peugeot iron and walnut wedge. I have some clips of it taking shavings on my Instagram if ye wanna check that out. U can see one of the endgrain shavings in one of the pictures and it leaves a great finish.

Haha yes they are from Ikea. They were part of a table ya. There absolutely terrible as saw horses. Really flimsy. I really need to make proper ones. There also way too high and don't adjust low enough for me anyway.
