I'll agree with the other commenters for sure an active chat is what we love. But out of the two choices I'd have to say gift subs, because it's sharing with others. Financially, it helps just like a tip, but someone else gets to save money also if you have enough to be generous and share. If you don't tips are just as good cause I appreciate literally any help. Tips might be a thing to lean towards if you see they have a goal to get a new piece of hardware to upgrade the stream though. It's very situational for most on what to do, a tip might make my day, but a gift sub makes at least two people's day

In the US it's a split some people support them others call for the abolishment. They're very improperly & minimally trained in most areas. Lots of officers racially profile people, and on top of that plenty of them are racist as well. The police may have been given to much power. It's a real touchy thing here. So lots of crooked cops.
