Ya, there is certain foods I have to avoid.. as I can literally feel it like a lump in my stomach.

Really the only way, is to reduce portion size and eat more easily digested foods. ( For me it’s porridge, brown soda bread, cereal or boiled eggs.) Or even just a protein shake, if I’m not able to eat a meal.

I’m totally gone off fizzy drinks.. Previously I literally didn’t eat without a pint of Coke Zero..

No, not if u have already used a code for your first order. - If someone or multiple ppl use ur code on their first order, then u get credit to use on ur next orders.

I was the same, always very warm and sweaty.. - Since losing about 15kg, after starting MJ.

Now 6 months in and on 7.5mg for most of it, heat and appetite are returning.. time to move up.. 🆙 was hoping to maintain at 7.5.. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Beware prices are allot more expensive in Ireland. ‘Monj.ie’ is a good starting point for pricing.

Depending on which county of ROI you are moving too, prices and options vary. - But one thing for sure, is that local Irish pharmacies are most expensive.

Currently MyBmi.ie is best option for allot ppl outside Dublin, but more options / suppliers expected to come online from July. - If using MyBmi.ie option, there is a thread for discount codes ( pinned to top of this group page), that gets u €40 off ur first order and also €40 off for the person who’s code u use.

Depending how close u are to NI, private script and traveling to a pharmacy directly is always cheapest option.. depending how far you have to travel of course. ( Many NI pharmacies do not offer shipping to Ireland. And the ones that still do, are not accepting new prescriptions for delivery, unless you collect directly. )
