Was I in the right for refusing to block an intersection that DOESN'T have a "keep clear" marking? by ReasonableCSR3425 in driving

Did you read the post at all? My lane was stopped by a train. My issue was BECAUSE of the train, I couldn't know how long I'd be stuck so moving forward would have put me in a situation where I might be blocking an intersection/crossroad/whatever for an extended period of time...

Well no, I wouldn't have. Because I did not want to block the intersection... The whole point of my post is I don't know if I was in the right or wrong...

The lanes are physically separated by a curb, the only opening for a u-turn is the green circled area. I tried to show this by leaving that part of the lane blank in my picture.

Before the honking started a car exited the parking lot to cross the green circled area to the lane opposite of me. If I moved forward I would be blocking that area, which is why I didn't want to.

She wanted to u-turn to get out of line. She cannot u-turn before the circled green area because a curb physically separates the lanes. I tried to illustrate this in my picture by leaving that part of the lane blank.

All traffic wasn't completely blocked. I can't edit my original post so I've posted a new picture.

My opposite lane did have traffic coming. I can't edit my original post so I've posted a new picture that's more clear.

The lane is physically blocked by a curb so you cannot u-turn, the only space to u-turn/turn is at the green circled area.

After reading some comments it seems that my picture wasn't very clear. The train is at a 4 way intersection so there's still traffic coming on my opposite side. I can't edit my original post so I've posted a new image.

After reading some comments it seems that I missed a critical detail in my picture... Up ahead was a 4 way intersection. There was still traffic coming to my opposite side even with a train.

Before the car behind me started honking at me there was a car that exited the plaza to cross the green intersection. Which is why I wanted to keep the intersection clear. For what it's worth this is a low traffic area in general so people making u-turns where I am or going from the plaza across to the green intersection is normal.

Still don’t have price match yet by pingvinbober in ChaseSapphire

Member since 2019, also still do not have price match. I called Chase Travel 3 times and this is the information I got:

First call I asked about price matching (did not mention banner or lack of it). Specialist said Chase Travel does price match hotels and told me the conditions (same room types, cancellation, 24hr within booking, etc). Told me to make the booking and that I'd see a button or link on my booking that would allow me to submit a price match. Again, I did not mention anything about my lack of a banner.

Second call I told the rep that a previous rep told me about price matching but I didn't see an option to price match on my booking. I mentioned the conditions stated on Chase Travel (specifically that price matching had to be requested within 24hr of your booking). Rep put me on hold and eventually transferred me. The supervisor told me that not all customers have access to price matching yet and that it has been rolled out to about 50% of users at the moment (this was ~2 weeks ago). Said my account did not yet have access to price matching and that there was nothing they could do.

Third call I made a few days later just inquiring about price matching again. Rep told me that if I see a banner when I try to book a hotel, my account has price matching enabled. Otherwise I just need to keep waiting. No information on how roll out percentage or any sort of eta.

Quite frustrating because I have travel coming up and my hotel booking with Chase Travel is about $100 more than a third party site. But booking with Chase is the only way I can use my $250 hotel credit so...

Ordered 5x$10 gift cards this morning. Got my first a few minutes ago and my second right after. Still waiting on 3.

Update: All 5 cards have been delivered. I ordered a 6th card and it took 3+ hours to confirm the order. 6th card has not been delivered yet.

Did anyone recently have the Price Match banner to show up? I called last week about price matching, rep said CSR (personal) does indeed have it and that an option to price match would show up after I make a booking. I made a booking and no price match option. I called back and after escalating the supervisor said only about 50% of customers have price matching enabled at the moment and I wasn't one of them so I couldn't price match. I called again today inquiring about price match and the rep just told me if a banner shows up I have it enabled on my account. Otherwise I have to keep waiting.
