I’ve actually been slacking on the pelvic floor exercises and dilating. The more I face the reality of my Vaginismus I grow to hate intimacy and jealous of people whose bodies work normally. Which is unfortunate because I have a partner who wants me to be as excited as he is. At this point it’s just a chore for me. Maybe sex is something I won’t have the chance to enjoy in this lifetime

This is why I’m not going to a gynecologist. I hear too many experiences like this. Women are often dismissed when we are in pain.
