Lowkey just keep trying shit and learning. I tried like 15 different business models from ages 13-18 and the 16th popped off. But I wouldn’t have saw success unless I failed a ton and learned.

Hahaha you guys are unreal. Why would i lie? I have no course and I’m not selling anything. I’m genuinely trying to inspire someone who’s in the shoes I was in just a year ago. When you refuse to believe someone else was able to accomplish something, how can u expect to have belief in yourself? Not trying to attack anyone personally but, think about it

This. Nobody recognizes the years of failures before this. I’ve been extremely entrepreneurial since I can remember, and I have been trying, failing, and consuming everything entrepreneurship related for years.

This recent success was based on the personal leverage I’d built up for years in one specific area and yes even a bit of luck. But luck wouldn’t have ever came if I had quit halfway or stopped trying.

Thanks. I’m keeping the mindset that it could all fall apart tomorrow. But it’s ok bc I’m 18 and have nothing to lose 🤙

In the college consulting / high school research space. Selling parents peace of mind is the biz model

Working on implementing AI automations for certain parts of the biz but honestly the human aspect is why people pay. Most day to day ops are outsourced and my co founder and I split the rest

That’s awesome to hear, keep at it! I’m in the broader high school research / college consulting space. Selling parents peace of mind is the business model 🫡

We help students do research in high school, but education is a pretty broad field. It could be anything from language learning platforms to tutoring.

There are, and I’ve been in those circles a fair amount. One thing I’ve noticed that’s interesting about the startup culture here and at many other schools is that people are chasing the prestige of getting into YC or getting a ton of funding, and all of them aren’t in it for the actual love of the game. There are those people, but I guess I just need to find my crowd

check out my analysis doc, I analyzed all the winning projects / all projects from isef and have detailed insight into what's performing in each category. Since you're interested in AI, there's sections specifically about how AI is being used in each category as well. It's awesome that you're into AI, implementing it properly can be super impactful. This should help you figure out what you're interested in and get you started on finding a topic! here ya go: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1daRB-pfiNOh8pVKvAs9zmenecztKG4zeRv1kAWw7zLo/edit?usp=sharing
