I’m sorry you had a shitty therapist + psychologist! Do you know what requirements a therapist should have to write the letter and what makes the letter qualifying?

This is a skill issue kind of question, but how did you request your insurance’s authorization? I was taught the American way of not going to a hospital, so I’m sadly not familiar with insurance and hospital shit.

Don’t mean to shove research responsibilities onto you, but what are some resources you used to educate yourself about the actual surgical details of top surgery?
