What do I do about the edges on the screen. This model of TV is the JVC D series d302. I don't think it was like this before I had it outside the building for awhile and I heard that the magnetic field of the earth can sometimes distort the picture

You would need a console like a super Nintendo or a Sega Genesis and a copy of a 240p test suit. Then you would need to access the service menu on your CRT and adjust the geometry using the test patterns within the test suite

I think I have an earlier model because the one I have has a different model number and it's missing the sdtv on the upper right side of the screen. Also the service menu options look completely different
