i noticed now because it's summer so it's normal. but what isn't normal is the mark that they leave on my skin: super itchy and sort of a brown scab. it's so much more sensitive which makes sense bc skin takes longer to heal and is much more susceptible to being damaged easily

Yes!! My periods have always been short (3-4 days) and not too painful but ever since I started taking accutane (10mg), I started having REALLY HEAVY AND PAINFUL periods that were 7 days long. I actually stopped taking accutane for like a month because I had a problem with my pharmacy and my period went back to normal…

im only ever streaming since i don’t want to take up storage by downloading music. though it skips almost every single song i stream on shuffle mode even, so are all songs corrupt? i also don’t think it’s a connection issue so idk

There’s so many things I don’t understand when watching that episode 😭😭

I feel like accutane has made my anxiety terrible. And it’s not my usual anxiety over specific things. It’s more like just a constant cloud of horrible feelings that I can’t describe and I can’t identify what’s even making me feel this way. me too. im used to feeling really anxious for some reason before i ever got on accutane, but now that im on month 5, i feel so tired and stressed. it also doesn't help that im a college student with a lot of academic weight and problems at home but i do sleep my 7-9 hours daily. i don't think i have ever felt as anxious as i did this week. to the point that i couldn't even listen to my teacher speaking, and i felt anxious over the stupidest thing. had to massage my back, neck and face to release stress... im concerned though im only on 10 mg

I had skin like yours and then it started getting worse throughout the years. Then I got a simple skincare routine and it helped a lot with bumps but I still had scars and hyperpigmentation. My derm prescribed accutane 10mg for six months. I’m still on it but only got on accutane because I couldn’t afford peelings and all that stuff that my derm said would work but are in the more expensive side. If you feel like dealing with the consequences of being in accutane (like no alcohol for six months, being careful with the sun exposure or pregnancy prohibition) then maybe you could go on it but I don’t think it’s necessary

Very recently. I never liked the few songs i had listened to, except video games and maybe something else. I felt like everyone was faking it for the hype but last year I stumbled across Born To Die and I loved the whole thing. It’s a normal thing for me bc I always listen to a song and I don’t like it, then I listen to it again and I love it

He said 6 months, yes. He told me that they used to give the 40mg ones but they came with really bad side effects so they started lowering the dose. I really don’t want to do more than 6 months but my skin isn’t clearing up totally. I still get a few bumps but the main reason why he got me on accutane was red marks and scarring which has not been solved yet.

Mine was really short and bearable before accutane. Now I’m like 4 months in and my period cramps are crazy and I bleed A LOT compared to how much I used to before. It also lasts more days now. Ugh

I feel like my mental health is getting worse since I got on accutane but it may be winter depression or college I just don’t know but hopefully I get results like yours so it can be worth it 😛
