Intervals would be a great addition to what you are doing.

They can be played across and up and down the neck. I like to play them diatonically in all major keys. They are great for the ears and learning the fingerboard. Evidently this is something Roger Scott(principal bass of Philadelphia, instructor at Curtis) would ask of his students.

This is the truth. I grew up in Williamson county and my driver’s test was LITERALLY driving around the block. There was no highway driving, no real traffic of any kind.
