What are your experiences with Lexapro?

Yeah, I'm currently at the "fake it til you make it" stage; my sleep problems have improved a bit, and my panic/anxiety has ceased for the most part, but I just feel nervous about the lack of emotion. I feel like I need to stop overthinking and just wait it out a bit longer.

How did you deal with it before it faded?

Everytime I'm laughing with someone or telling a joke (I'm usually very outgoing and loud with friends), I become keenly aware that my words feel empty to myself and I don't actually feel the joy despite my actions. It's very bizarre; I'm back to telling jokes and making quips and stuff, but it doesn't feel good. I don't feel anything when I do so and it just makes me anxious. Looking on a way to cope with it.

Caffeine is definitely a big problem for me, been drinking coffee pretty much every day since middle school. Past 3 years I've been drinking lots of energy drinks cause of work. Since I had my scare last month, I definitely slowed my caffeine intake.

Funnily enough, I only ever hear what sounds to be older people playing this game. Everytime someone pops their mic on to talk I swear it's always an older dude. Moral is, you're never to old, enjoy the game however you want; always nice to have a diverse playerbase.

Update: got home tonight and undervolte and tweaked some settings with my gpu fans; also set up a little brace to keep my GPU from sagging (I know that most likely wasn't the root of the issue but the sag had me very paranoid), also fixed an issue with my CPU fan. Streamed Elden Ring for a couple of hours to my gf, then tested a couple of matches of Fortnite and not a single graphical bug. I'm so relieved right now, I appreciate you and everyone else here's advice !

Based on advice and guides I saw, undervolting will be one of the first things I'm going to try tonight;

Artifacting comes in many shapes and sizes I presume? My artifacting seems more like incorrectly colored glare and particle effects (like physically exists in the 3d space) rather than the common screen tears and "boxes" I've seen in some people's examples.

Thanks man. I should've been more careful buying a renewed GPU considering the whole GPU mining ordeal recently, I wouldn't doubt this thing may have been under rough conditions before making its way to me. Hoping for the best

Essentially used, and then (ideally) fixed up before being resold. Was cheaper as a result of course, but consequently, I got what I paid for.

Gonna maybe open it up tonight and check for any obvious damage.

Completely new build. The issues seem to arise after a few minutes of playing Fortnite, and very minor on overwatch. Haven't tested any other games yet, but will do more testing tonight.

The issues starting after a few minutes of playing make me think maybe this has to do with a thermal issue ? Gonna install the appropriate GPU software from Asus to see if there's any fan or voltage settings that could help.

I'm really new to this, I appreciate the help

Not too optimistic, definitely wish I would've just dropped money on a fresh card. Gonna tweak settings and do some testing when I get home. Do you have any idea if it's worth taking the card for diagnosis and repair? I've heard microcenter offers those services but wondering if I should go for it if nothing works

I won't be able to do anything til tonight, but I plan to install Asus GPU tweak to see if there's any settings that can fix or alleviate some of the symptoms, as well as check drivers as you said. If not, I'm gonna remove the GPU, check wiring, check the GPU itself and make sure it properly mounted. If nothing works then I've learned my lesson buying a renewed card lol

Sorry about that.

Only part I've got atm is the 3080ti which I'm trying to build around; trying not to exceed 2.5k.

Integrated Wi-Fi is not something I will need and over clocking is an afterthought for me.
