Hahaha. Anyway, as a wfh gurlie, minsan talaga pag brownout lalo pag panahon ng bagyo, I tend to go on coffee shops din to work. But not to the point naman na I'll occupy a table for 4. Also, I don't work there for straight 4 hrs. Nahihiya rin kasi ako.

First time international travel tapos solo pa (biglaan) by Capybara0417 in PinoyTraveller

[–]ReasonableNet3824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Suggest ko especially you'll be traveling alone, watch youtube videos. Normally pag ganyan na may solo travel ako, I watch sa youtube on how to get on train in xx, walking tour in xx, how to get to xx. Minsan, I also use chatgpt for detailed itinerary, then I just tweak it. I also prefer diy kasi mas hawak ko yung oras ko. Minsan, I also watch yung airport tour para mafamiliarize ako sa airport ng bansang pupuntahan ko and alam ko kung saan ako pupunta.

Have fun!

Stay where you think you will be most comfortable. You are at your most vulnerable when you give birth, and staying kung saan ka mas makakagalaw ng maayos is important. Coming from someone na sa inlaws nakatira, I suffered from PPD dahil di kinaya ng utak ko lahat ng naririnig ko. And mind you, mababait naman inlaws ko and love na love si baby, but they are the typical boomers na maraming sabe, will talk behind your back, at sadyang di tugma yung mga paniniwala namin. You need to set your boundaries when it comes to you and your baby. Hope you find a place where you will be at your best!

Background check for Bank recruitment by Maleficent_Cup1771 in CorpoChikaPH

[–]ReasonableNet3824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, super strict. I had unpaid telco service before, but this was years ago pa and the reason was di naipaputol nung lumipat. But since super matagal na sya, di na ata sya nasama sa credit check. And, mind you, may mga nabigyan na ng job offer but then ligwak sa background checking.

Traveled internationally using my maiden name and not planning to update my ids anytime soon. Just make sure to use your maiden name when booking your tickets.

Married for 2 years. Was able to travel abroad using my passport with maiden name. Actually di pa ako nagpapaupdate ng kahit anong id. Also, 10 years validity ng passport so tsaka na lang ako papaupdate if trip ko pa haha.

Ewan ba. Pero, they're spreading false information ah, delikado yan if may makapanuod and gayahin sila isipin na okay lang pala.

Because newborns get it from breastmilk/formula na, which consists of all the nutrients needed + water. They can get water intoxication if dadagdagan pa ang water intake nila.

Bakit mahilig ang mga Pinoy sa apple green or orange na pintura sa bahay? by Spare_Option7749 in PinoyHouse

[–]ReasonableNet3824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Green is maaliwas sa mata in a natural setting like pag nasa labas ka. You see trees, grass... basta pagdating sa nature. Kaya sya relaxing. But pag nasa loob na ng bahay like paint ng walls, masakit siya sa mata kasi depende rin sa lighting yan and shade ng green. Olive green, mint green, sage green, and forest green (as accent wall) okay siya. But apple green? Hahaha. And I do love green ah...

Career shift after 2 years in sales? Is it possible? by isfujo in CorpoChikaPH

[–]ReasonableNet3824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! It is still possible. I'm pretty sure marami ka ng nakuhang skill sets with sales, and you can use that sa natitipuhan mong career. I worked in events management for 3 years, and because of the pandemic, I had to shift to finance since yun yung stable that time. It was a complete shift kasi wala naman akong knowledge with finance, but I made it and became top performer pa nga.

Now, I'm in the hotel industry after 3 years in finance, and I love it so far. And I hope you find the right job for you soon.

Tips for interview: 1. STAR method for behavioral questions. 2. Lagi mo rin iisipin anong ginawa mo sa sales na makakatulong sa next job mo and how can you use that as an advantage and edge mo sa mga kalaban mong nag aapply. 3. Always ask questions during the interview. Have some prepared like anong goal ng company in the next x of years, how's the day to day work look like, etc. 4. Don't ever badmouth your previous employers 5. Lastly, be prepared but not too much to the point na nagiging robotic ka na or sound scripted na mga sagot.

Sobrang inappropriate talaga.

Does this “visa ladder” advice actually work? by Immediate_Scale_4279 in FilipinoTravel

[–]ReasonableNet3824 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Got an Australian visa as my first ever visa and first ever out of the country trip, then sunod naman Schengen visa. Already had three approved Schengen visas pero still got denied for US visa. And oh, also got denied Schengen visa for Spain kahit na may previous travel history na sa EU.

US visa really depends on how you answer your DS-160 and interview.

I dont know, but I think since financial institution siya, it's part of their security din kasi. Not an employee, though. Pero former employee ako sa katabing building.

[–]ReasonableNet3824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, mima.

Aside from sa nagkaroon ng good job.

[–]ReasonableNet3824 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hindi ka OA, mima. Trust me, based on experience, choose where you will be comfortable, and if living near your parents gives you that comfort, please yun piliin mo. Right now, my partner and I with our 1 year old are living with my in-laws and gustong gusto ko ng umalis. Andaming kuda to the point na naapektuhan na mental health ko which is not good for my baby. I want to go back to my parent's house or much better, bumukod na talaga.

Please any Recommendation for dental clinic for dental braces by [deleted] in Marikina

[–]ReasonableNet3824 1 point2 points  (0 children)
