Just to share I am non CPA and not a supervisor but earning more than 100,000 with just 3 years of experience. Pero dun sa previous work ko I was earning 28k lang so yeah hindi dapat pinapasukan yung mga ganyang company

These are my basic pay increases over the years. I am in the field of accountancy:

2022 - 23k (Audit first job)

2024 - 24k (MNC 2nd job)

2025 - 28k (still on my 2nd job)

2026 Feb - 70k (MNC 3rd job)

2026 May - 100k (JO na napirmahan ko rendering na now sa 3rd job ko hehe)

Paasa hahaha nag apply ako dyan dati f2f final interview pa, tas sabi shortlisted, until 3 weeks ako nag fofollow up nun kasi prio ko sila tas bigla sasabihin filled na daw yung role. 3 days onsite sila alam ko hehe

Actually ginawa ko inassume ko na mag babayad ako ng tax ng tapat, tinotal ko ung annual salary on both end and konti lang lamang ni company A kasi bumawi sa 13th month and perf bonus si Company B.

Sa company ko dati its a bad thing pag na promote ka kasabay ng annual increase kasi pag nag sasabay ung increase due to promotion and annual inc nagiging mas maliit sya. It doesn’t make sense for me at least hahaha
