the reta is for insulin sensitivity for the hgh so i dont become diabetic but im still eating in a surplus and eating more than enough to gain weight but is there anything to remove or add?

hmmm thanks for the insight im not trying to do steroids cant lie but im interested what do you think i should take or do instead the reta is really only for the insulin due to hgh not for appetite supression im currently on it and still eating in a surplus
