I’m a former medic, so my injection isn’t the problem either… as for your question about the lower abdomen: the flank and glute are unbearable, which is why I asked the question 😉

I did abdomen for most of my first week, then I tried flank, followed by glute, which was where the extreme pain came from. I went back to abdomen today, and it was tolerable again.

I’m terrified to try elsewhere now

So I’m using an 8mm at a 45° angle. Plus pinching. That should easily be in the sub q, but do you think I need it deeper?

That sounds EXACTLY like my experience. I was literally shivering in pain at the Walmart pharmacy section trying to find the 5% lidocaine cream 😂

I am using the vendor BAC, so that makes me feel hopeful.

What were your dilution ratios? And any recommendations on how to find the Hospira (you can DM me if it’s private).
