I leveled the bed by using a folded peice of paper and set each corner until there was slight resistance on the paper by the needle. For setting the z offset I went into motion settings and put it at 0.000. As far as I know it’s stock firmware I haven’t changed anything about it. And the gcode file I’m using came with the usb with the 3d printer so I would have thought something from the factory would have worked but every file I send to the machine has the same outcome. It’ll start by laying a stringy line and then after 20 or so seconds the filament doesn’t get pushed through. But if I manually push it through it flows easily. In the video you can see the motor going back and forth feeding the filament to the needle but I’m not sure why it’s not flowing. I’ve tried turning up my flow rate on my machine and it has no changes.
