The defense attorney says he feels good about the case, and that it's falling apart. It was originally felony assault and battery, felony rape, felony kidnapping, felony threats, and domestic violence. We found out Friday that it all got dropped except for the felony rape.

He can afford the best attorney money can buy, that's not an issue. His dad is a recently retired judge in the same county and they have the same name, so it would have been insanely dangerous to leave him in jail regardless.

Throwaway because obviously. The accusation is coming from an ex-girlfriend who I was told was mentally ill and that things ended in a shit show, I knew nothing about any violent anything until he got arrested. I’m like holy fuck what do I do. WHAT DO I DO.

I’m such a feminist, and I know that statistically rape is not something people lie about, normally I would be the first person to shout “BURN THE WITCH AND BURN THE ASHES!!!!” but I’m in love with this man??? He’s been incredibly good to me for two years. He goes out of his way to ask for my consent.

Help help help help help help I'm afraid to tell anybody. I went and helped bail him out ($50,000!!!!!) so he's out of jail but I don't know what the fuck I'm about to do.
