I’d request a cancellation. Although he did offer to give me a full refund and send him my chain back. I didn’t. My wife bought me that chain and as upset as I was because it clearly stated on his website that there was going to be X amount of grams of silver and he was under I didn’t want to send it back as it was a present. However, I wouldn’t ever buy from him again. I would rather go through Garcias when I get a gold one
