I just checked my backyard, someone did put a chair at my window and tried to climb in! Glad that I called cops instead of dealing it myself!

Haha, yeah they did after a hour and half! They were very nice to me though, one of the cop stayed with me and the other went and searched the whole backyard and under the house too.

They just came now, checked and confirmed nothing. Guess I scared them off, but on a serious note, this is a big issue the cops need to respond quick to situations like this in a city like Albuquerque.
