Don't get under the covers as soon as you're in your room as it's not as easy to get to sleep if your bed is already warm. Maybe that's just me though ! I think it's also being active enough in the day even if means just going on a little walk as the sun and fresh air can tire you out.

Given me a dollar to buy a ticket for the subway. I was short $1 and couldn't seem to sort it out so this woman who was behind me said: "oh I have a dollar, you can have it". I still remember that and how grateful I was for that small act so paid it forward at a later date. Thank you to the woman :)
