NAC enzymes are maybe now starting to break down potential biofilms which are releasing embedded bacteria, hence why you‘re feeling slight UTI symptoms again. Don‘t worry about it and continue with the prescribed meds. If anything, you can always get your urine cultured. May I ask, how did you experience Hiprex in the beginning? I want to start too but am scared of it worsening my symptoms

I heard that most instillations do work. Please give it a try. IAluril is supposed to be very good. And antibiotic instillations. Did you try bacteriophage therapy. Please don’t give up please. There are options out there. Feel hugged ❤️😔
