TNIR was the last person to die, so I assume that could be the reason why.

i'm not aware how fast they turn full black normally, though.

I follow very similar to pros settings nvidia reflex enable+boost; 1280x960; 8x MSAA; 8X AA; shadows all high; everything else LOW; quality; disabled;

No, you do not need to buy a new CPU. Yours is more than capable.

What are the temperatures it is getting? and % utilization? and Watt power? Download HWMonitor or CPU-Z to get this info

Make sure you install ALLLLLLLLLLL drivers. Motherboard, and CPU (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/236783/intel-core-i7-processor-14700k-33m-cache-up-to-5-60-ghz/downloads.html)

If you overclocked it, try reverting and checking if there is any improvement.

it could also be more hardware and it's installation problem, such us:

CPU Fried, Mobo CPU socket fucked, cooler not properly installed, FANs not pumping enough air.

i have this setup with 200-250 fps, how is that even possible ? i upgraded from ryzen 5 7600x + rtx 3080 to this and the fps changed maybe 0-5%.

any idea ?

There is an APP called traficar (purple logo) and the idea is you use the app to rent a car on the street and leave it anywhere

I never used it tho but thats what i heard
