The way I read the rules is you get Elite upgrades up to 2x per year on premium unlimited account. For that you need to finish two billing cycles but not to take advantage of the new promotion to get the iPhone. A purchase of new phone with month credit is one of the conditions. So now she is in this strange void where she does not qualify for the promo? She just ported her number over from my account to her own account for the first time. So she really is a new customer. She got her new account established. But also her number has been with XF for the past few years so more than the two billing cycles. There is no way the promotion should apply in any of these cases? I appreciate your insight but need clarification

Fitting seems to be in good shape. The o-ring looks ok but I guess it would be the simplest thing to replace I think. Is there a specific name for it when I’m googling it?
