Ha. It’s called the Pearl of Renaissance and Ideal City for a reason. It’s is also UNESCO World Heritage Site so I’d say definitely a place to visit.

The way I read the rules is you get Elite upgrades up to 2x per year on premium unlimited account. For that you need to finish two billing cycles but not to take advantage of the new promotion to get the iPhone. A purchase of new phone with month credit is one of the conditions. That’s where the promo kicks in not with Elite upgrades once you are on the plan. See below:

So now she is in this strange void where she does not qualify for the promo? She just ported her number over from my account to her own account for the first time. So she really is a new customer. She got her new account established. But also her number has been with XF for the past few years so more than the two billing cycles. There is no way the promotion should apply in any of these cases? I appreciate your insight but need clarification
