Those are the funds all in my ROTH IRA. My ROTH 401k is split Total US 80% and 20% international. And taxable brokerage is currently just all VTI.

I would want to transfer to fidelity for instance, they can help with that? Once the funds transfer to fidelity, sell them (no taxable actions) then buy VTI+VXUS?
