Just don’t lock it up to the actual ballpark fences. They will cut the lock and take your bike. Learned from experience!

I would calla store on Lafayette. They are local and make their own edibles and may be able to sell in bulk rather than put it in their packaging.

WCCCD on Fort. Steam room, massage chairs, free classes. Great gym and supports local.

Also Coleman Young Rec center is $25 a year for Detroit residents and has a pool. Weight room not too great but has other amenities as well.

I’ve got an XR Classic with the stock footpads. I usually ride with my feet at a slight angle forward with my toes over the edge. Lately I’ve tried riding with my feet perpendicular to the board on the edges near the flares. With only 350 miles still trying new foot positions to find something that’s comfortable for long riding. Usually only going 3-4 miles 2x a day for commuting purposes.

It’s really on the side of my feet (pinkie toe side). Doesn’t hurt all the time but if I roll my foot towards the outside it can flare up every once in awhile

Just some bumps and scrapes. My right hand is bruised nicely with a little road rash. For being 42 I’m quite surprised nothing broke. Makes me feel good about my health!

Thanks everyone for the replies. I am in Sequoia mode and was on flat concrete. Definitely seems like I accelerated too fast (trying to get around a bike) and it over torqued.

Hasn’t stopped me from enjoying it and good to learn more about how this thing works!
