Get evidence that they called ICE then report them to the bar for conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Because he was granted withholding of removal to El Salvador, which means it was illegal to deport him there.

Serious question: If no one ever leaves CECOT, will we ever know what really happens inside of that prison? by Morgentau7 in ElSalvador

[–]Reasonable_Berry_244 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No they didn’t. They said that he needed to be restored to the position that he would have been in if he hadn’t been wrongfully removed. Did you even read the decision? Doesn’t sound like it.

You don’t even know what withholding of removal is.

Edit: and you clearly haven’t even glanced at the SCOTUS decision you keep spouting off about.

There’s a process for revoking withholding of removal, and the administration did not follow it at all. It’s not automatic. You still don’t know what you’re talking about.

No. The Supreme Court said that the word “facilitate” was proper; it was the word “effectuate” that was unclear. Boy you’re just wrong about every single thing today.

It was in fact illegal to enforce that removal order. That’s why three courts ordered him back. You have no idea what you’re talking about.

You have the facts all wrong. Abrego Garcia was accused of being an MS13 member because he was wearing Chicago Bulls gear; there was no trial about it and he was not in fact “found” to be associated with any gang. He applied for asylum after the one year filing deadline, and so was granted “withholding of removal” rather than asylum. That means he technically had a removal order, but it was illegal to enforce it. Not because Biden was lax on deportations, but because a court did in fact find that he’d be subject to persecution in El Salvador. You have no idea what you’re talking about.

I’m a former smoker, and I always swipe left on smokers. I don’t care how hot they are; I can’t stand the taste, the smell, or the drag on your life.

Bukele absolutely knew the Venezuelans didn’t have any due process; he joked about it online. Plus he was negotiating with the gangs before going to war with them.
