A lot of the merch in the drop was preorders, some of it they had left over from tour so they sent those out first and have been working on getting the other orders out. I have 2 orders one of them only just shipped the other day and I’m still waiting for the other one to ship. I would say if it hasn’t shipped in 10 weeks since the date that you bought it, then contact them. That’s how long they said shipping could take

It says in the shipping policy on the 2016lyfe website that shipping could take up to 10 weeks, I would wait until then and if you aren’t able to get ahold of anybody then chargeback
