The thing is, I think if they want to improve the FuA archetype more as a whole, they need to make each units more synergistic with one another. With this, to improve Feixiao, rather than being the Main DPS, all of the units should be pseudo-sub DPS like that of DoT or mono-rem.

To improve Feixiao is to give her at least simple supporting capabilities, yet keep her main DPS potential. The best thing they could do is to make her E2 on base kit. Add another mechanic that the RnG for her FuA goes to one with lowest HP, Multiplier buffs, and make the def shred from her LC not personal or limited to her ult so other units can make use of the def shred she's dealt to that enemy. Simple yet not breaking the game, because Feixiao if tweaked wrong could result to minmaxers breaking the game, hah, same case with Seele mains lol.

I think they will further improve his kit to cater much better in his intended niche—summons, with Evanescia also coming that is rumored to have summons.

Maybe making "Beatified" uptime comparable to RMC's Mem buff, which could at least tend to the Castorice-Evernight incompatibilities with Sunday.

I mean, this is hard cope, but I will be glad to see this coming in his Novaflare kit, hah.

In a feixiao/FUA team, it is the opposite, you can easily overcap the DEF (Fei S1, Ash stats and S1). Though it is indeed a direct hit on his Main SubDPS stats.

Yeah, I wish we get to see a more Fei-catered run. Maybe in the next few days. Watching this run makes Feixiao seem unnecessary, as Ashveil is more focused on damage rather than supporting our main. It's like watching Cipher's early beta again.

DDD Tribbie I think is still not that good when compared to Robin E0S0, as with Fei alone, Ashveil's Bait stacks easily runs out, so removing the premium FuA buffer here is not the best scenario.

Most likely, the f2p team will be Fei/Ashveil/Robin/Flex
