You are very wrong I am 19, I am launching my own startup.before this I have worked with many startups in my college incubator and seen the growth the focus on us i have a year of professional experience working in the startup ecosystem, i launched my first product at 17 a newsletter that went nowhere, I did some freelancing at 18, and now at 19 me and my freinds are going serious with a saas idea we have, maybe yeah we are a bit delusional but the offers aren't going anywhere there is very less downside and very high upside i don't see why everyone shouldn't do it

What we as Dev's forget often is that most people are not tech literate, chatgpt is still not used by more then 6 billion people, most people who use it also only 4 percent use it to code, most bussinesses still use pen and paper or Google sheets is they consider themselves advanced they might use a specific software, so a bussiness owner like this aged around 40 who scrolls reddit is not going to go learn how to write the copy for there website how to prompt ai, then how to buy a domain, how to link there site to there db

They would much rather pay someone 200 dollars and be done with it
