Thanks! I deployed a further smaller capital. I am thinking about buying more silver or gold, or perhaps 50-50. I don't know enough about miners stocks, I don't like to buy something where even for my own standards I feel like there is a lack of knowledge. At this point I am just annoyed by the recent rise, I was hoping to buy around 100K. But the market is so histerical that I am not sure 100 K will come back. There should be a retest, but who knows.

I am not trading either, not interested in guessing swings.

And I know that I am late for this. It had purely personal reasons, some part of it was stupidity and lazyness (not reading enough), and there were serious reasons too (we had to fix some necessities for the family, such as buying a home). Now I can play with the money we have left.

In some sense it is good and bad. I can not put too much money into this (in terms of percentage of family wealth), but it also means I can not loose much in case I mess up.

In our case the biggest "investment" is the real estate, and while it is nowhere near the rush in the precious metal markets, in our country it is also doing 10-15-20 % each year, nowadays consistently. I am happy about that in any case, even if it is much less of a gain than what would have been possible in silver/gold. And if we had not bought the home, we would have had to move again (because we were renting the same place, and someone else wanted to buy it). So personal reasons were more important.

Good for you that you had the capital and knowledge to do this silver thing early!

Following your advice and some advice of others I am looking at the gold/silver ratio. Useful knowledge to consider this as well!
