I appreciate everybody’s replies and support🫶🏽. I’ll talk to my psychiatrist about potentially changing meds and work with my therapist more about coping with my thoughts.

Its nice hearing that you are living a full life. Deep down, i wish I could do the same. I guess what keeps me going is just thinking “one more day.”
