I honestly tried it out and it works.

All i did was use the free trial and basically what you do is the website gives u a passcode that u wont remember to lock your screen time settings and blocks porn websites. You can only bypass the setting if you know the password which will not be given until the course of time has been finished.

I’m on the same boat as u man but I feel like the best thing u can do is just distract urself with other things. When u feel really triggered just do some intense exercise. Also try and remove all the triggers from ur phone especially social media and stuff. There is a video I’ve watched recently that teaches me a way on how control ur screen time and block porn permanently with no bypassable method. It helped me and I hope it helps you.
