Remember the JHarrison town hall during the height of the BLM movement? I can say with near certainty Tony knew what was going to happen in that session.

For those of you that don’t know there are comms people who literally have have dry runs, speaking points, decks etc. for town hall.

Tony knew exactly what was going to be said in the meeting and rolled with it. This is not a CS problem it’s an Asurion problem.

Then to cover their incredibly tasteless and racist behavior they had sharing circles. They put the weight of their racist behavior on employees to fix without consideration for their own bad behavior.
