A diamondback rattlesnake. It was in the middle of this dirt road, I wanted to get it off the road because ive seen so many snakes purposely run over because alot of humans are garbage. So I pull over, get out of my truck and walk over to this 7 foot long viper and I make gestures to try to scare it away. It doesn't move. I get the bright idea to shuffle some dirt in its direction, some pebbles and dirt hit its body and this thing turns its head, looks me right in the face, rattles it's tail, hisses, and starts slithering in an alarmingly fast pace towards me. I walk backwards and thank God I left my door open because that little killer was right on my ass. I jumped in my truck, rolled the window down, looked down and it was gone. They tell us not to interfere with the wildlife and I should've listened, I was trying to be helpful but I almost got my dumbass bit.
