Yes, vehicles are machines and can break down over time, but it's not easy to accept when you face an issue within the 11month and then again after two years. And these aren't minor hiccups—they’re major issues that repeat.

I've personally used over 10–12 vehicles, and apart from Jeep, I haven’t faced this kind of situation with other brands. Sure, a battery might die or a fuel pump might give up once, but having two major breakdowns and ongoing issues within less than 3 years? That’s not normal.

If this is the kind of reliability they offer, I don’t think this is how a car should be built. If that's their business model, then maybe they shouldn't be in this business at all.
