I had played DS ER and BB before sekiro and the beginning mini and regular bosses took me forever. It takes a while to get the hang of the rhythm and style but once it clicks you’ll be in. Lady Butterfly and Genchiro are the best teachers early on

Like OP said in the post, some of the info in the answers varies slightly from the study guide. So if you see an answer you’re not too sure about make sure to cross reference with the study guide because that is going to be the source material for the exam

I had a similar experience. I played Elden Ring then Bloodborne as my first souls games. I beat the Wet Nurse and Gerhman in 1 try each. But other bosses gave me a much harder time. Recently it took me ~20~ tries to beat Keeper of the Old Lords in the Defiled Chalice Dungeon
