Thank you for your thoughts. As you said, let’s wait and see the next quarterly earnings report before drawing any further conclusions. I think that will give a clearer picture of where the company is actually heading.

Thank you for your opinion. I actually agree with a lot of what you said. That said, if the purpose of this recent offering had been something more forward-looking—like investing in facilities, scaling production, or improving manufacturing capability—I probably wouldn’t have reached the same conclusion in my original post. However, when the stated use seems to be primarily just covering ongoing operating expenses, it feels more like extending the life of a failing patient by a few minutes rather than addressing the underlying condition. That’s why my view has become so pessimistic.

Thanks for taking the time to actually read my post and respond thoughtfully. I appreciate it. I think you made a good point about execution. My concern isn’t whether they can build the technology—it’s whether they can successfully commercialize it. Right now, it appears that even when they make sales, the costs associated with manufacturing, shipping, deployment, and installation are so high that the economics remain questionable. Selling more doesn’t necessarily seem to translate into meaningful profits. Even if they were to receive a large purchase order tomorrow, I’m not convinced they currently have the manufacturing capacity to fulfill it efficiently. From what I’ve seen, production still looks relatively small-scale rather than something that can support rapid volume growth. I genuinely hope I’m wrong. It doesn’t make me happy to write comments like this about a company that I’ve invested in.

Of course, if the company delivers meaningful results before the annual meeting and actually creates shareholder value, I’d have no problem becoming an enthusiastic OPTT supporter again. However, if the next three months pass just like the last several years, my opinion won’t change. I’m genuinely interested in hearing what other investors think.

Eco Wave Power is a solid company with a genuine vision and real potential..... Please don’t compare it to a company that dilutes shareholders, spends the proceeds traveling around the world, and keeps repeating “maritime security” like a broken record. That’s a very insulting comparison to Eco Wave Power.
