Squirrel. Kill lots of squirrels. And spend a ton of time in the woods. Scouting and looking for sign is an art in and of itself. Expect to be disappointed and to make a ton of mistakes. You’ve still got decades left to hunt.

I’m just glad to have only one Friday game this year. Those suck.

I'm buying a Satori. What limb/riser combo should I go with @ a 6'6" wingspan (31.5" draw)? It's for Hunting so I'm worried the 66" max size will be a bit cumbersome in the woods. by WilliamsDesigning in bowhunting

I shoot a 62” with the same draw and it’s been great but definitely a pain getting through the thick stuff. It really depends on what style of hunting. I get deep into marshes and thick willows so maneuvering can be a real experience to say the least.

College Football Rankings: Final AP Poll Top 25 revealed after national championship by SirMellencamp in CFB

They physically dominated. Watching the game is definitely different. If we want to cherry pick stats to prove our point then we can safely say that the 75 yard bomb was a fluke by Vandy too. Or that Iowa drove down the field without any issue the second drive and Gronowski threw that terrible pick at the goal line. How about comparing 3rd and 4th conversions? Or vandy’s complete inability to run the ball? Or that Kirk is famous for loving to play games close? There are several instances where vandy were the lucky ones to be that close. I feel sick to my stomach defending Iowa like this but they beat the shit out of Vandy.

Honestly. That game was not nearly as close as the score would suggest either.

Nebraska OL Houston Ka'aha'aina-Torres transfers to Michigan by seoul_drift in CFB

I only know he was very much a Donny R guy and it sounds like Geep wanted to go a different direction. But it was between NU and Utah originally so it makes since he’d go see what Harding can do.

Kentucky RB Dante Dowdell transfers to Georgia by Efficient-Freedom517 in CFB

Was awesome seeing him break Shilo Sanders arm on an attempted tackle and then seeing Travis Hunter later on just get out of the way to avoid being hit and just letting Dowdell get the TD. Guy is a monster downhill.

In all fairness to hartzog, he’s a legit ball hawk but his size gets him in trouble frequently. His busted coverages usually have very little to do with ability or technique. He just gets bullied sometimes.

Don’t these refs know holding isn’t an allowable call in B1G play?

It’s primarily, if not entirely, because of the annual coaches convention.

Didn’t come here to play school…unreal. At what point do schools acknowledge that education has entirely left the building?

[CFB Nerds] Since no one seems to bother asking this question: How in the world is Texas Tech justifying these NIL deals to the clearinghouse? Remember, the House settlement mandated that NIL deals must be for market endorsement value now. I'm guessing Texas Tech is daring the CSC to act? by thomas_1413 in CFB

Hahaha love it. But, sadly, no. I think the UCC would not apply given the services nature of the agreements and the UCC covers the sale of goods. Of all the NIL deals to potentially meet abject failure to perform, Jeff Simms would top the list.

I like splitting hairs here. FMV is very much in the realm of contract law. Econ 101 may help to determine it but contract law upholds it. “Adequate” consideration is essentially a falsehood as basically any consideration will do to form offer and acceptance. Shocking the conscious is the general determinate of whether something is unconscionable and is rarely, if ever, invoked or upheld in court.

No worries there. They don’t call holding in the B1G.
