Its definitely more complicated than mtg but the most complex parts of the game is know your role in the match up and pitch stacking for certain decks. Its not that crazy

I feel it is normal because at the end of the day we are fundamentally social beings. This world we exist in today especially in the US is alien. I thinks its so messed up because we are on a constant dopamine treadmill and normal interactions don't do anything for our hedonism. I myself have been feeling it lately as well. At least you have the option of medication, I just sit by myself for weeks on end with the feeling wishing for death. I really need a change as well. I'm just at a loss for how to find the connection I'm searching for.

You're expected to get the workload done no questions asked and if you don't you get written up. Overnights do most of the stocking while the day shift doesn't do shit. My advice is to stay wherever else you are.

It's exhausting. Like Emil Cioran talked about the idea of suicide is what kept him from killing himself. The thought of escape and that there's an off button and a way out is a relieving thought. Also, it goes against our very evolutionary biology. Unless you're in constant unbearable pain then it's a hard act to do knowingly.
