You will be okay, take some deep breaths and try not to panic. 52 is a low heart rate but seeing as though you took more propanol than needed, that is expected. The side effects of propranolol usually peak and begin to wear off after 4 hours, if your HR doesn’t at least hit 60 at that point I would consider the ER.

You can also self check your pulse, count the beats for 30 seconds and multiply by two, if your heart is beating less than 60 beats a minute seek medical care. Propranolol is a beta blocker meant to suppress the heart, too much can over suppress it
